Not only does it include a well-stocked kitchen and private balcony, but there are also pool access and communal grilling areas, so you do not have to worry about missing out on the fun; within 15 minutes you can find yourself exploring downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. Enjoy the luxuries of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom town home directly on the 1st fairway of Bandit Golf Course - situated along picturesque Guadalupe River! Unwind with breathtaking views and night sky glowing in this gated community right between San Antonio and Austin. Plus, you’re only 7.9 miles away from New Braunfels where there's amazingly delicious food to try out, family fun at Schlitterbahn Water Park & river floating activities galore; plus live entertainment at Gruene Hall or shopping sprees at the outlet malls and wineries nearby! The space: Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors Room 1 has a king size bed. Room 2 has a queen bed Room 3 has full over 2 twin bunk bed Smart televisions in the living room and each bedroom This vacation rental is stocked with all the necessities to make your stay a pleasant one. Complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, toiletries and towels provided let you focus on relaxing instead of worrying about packing extra items. Central heat/air conditioning, pool towels, hair dryers, first aid kits, trash bags, paper towels, and even pet-friendly accommodations all add to the convenience of this wonderful retreat. Guest access: You have the entire condo to yourselves. The Golf Course is available at guests' expense. The community gate and this condo have a keypad. The codes are provided prior to check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules). We also want to let you know on Saturdays at 12 noon there will be a siren 🚨 that alarms as a practice. It's very loud and just don't want you to be alarmed. Since it is a pet-friendly listing I expected some stains on the rugs or leftover allergens that would bother my husband, but there were no such things. There were 3 separate bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The pool, which we could see from our apartment, was a 20-second walk from the front door and very clean. Although the community pool is small, we enjoyed it to ourselves several times during our stay which was great in the 103 degree temps. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths provided lots of space to spread out for our family. It is located a bit off the main drag but felt very safe and was quiet. Amber, owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Lovely place and would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area! also, we loved floating the river and the Schlitterbahn water park and taking trips to San Antonio as well as Austin.
