This large 6 bedroom/4 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. Perfect home for larger groups with plenty of room to enjoy your time together! Book your stay with us at Magnolia River Haus today! The furnishings of the home is as follows: The primary bedroom #1 features a comfortable king-size bed & large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. French doors allow guests to walk right out onto the shared wrap-around porch patio for morning coffee. The primary en suite has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Bedroom #2 on the main level of the home features an additional king-size bed with a shared hall bath. Guests staying in this bedroom will also have access through additional French doors leading out onto the shared wrap-around porch. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a spacious loft/lounging style room with a Queen size pull-out couch. Bedroom #3 will feature a King size bed, Bedroom #4 will have a Queen size bed and lastly, bedrooms #5 & #6 will both have 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping a total of 8). Walking distance from the main downtown NB. The only thing was we were approved for an early check-in but when we arrived to set up before the rest of the group the cleaning crew had just gotten there and told us they were never informed about the early check-in. The kitchen and some areas were not cleaned and we had to go purchase cleaning supplies and a broom to finish the job. We had a blast and couldn't have gotten a more perfect house for the size group we had. ##### Danielle C. We liked having the golf cart to drive around downtown to site see and having a short walk to the comal river. Lots of room, clean, well-stocked in kitchen (drip coffee maker AND Kuerig, with starter amounts, glassware, serving pieces.....) Dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. Just note, the owners do not supply bath soap or shampoo or conditioner. Not a major issue, just not the norm for VRBO and we hadn't packed any. The other VERY minor issues, were the fact that the front page of the listing shows a golfcart (which was available for an additional fee), and that "River Access" was down the street, through 2 gates. The pretty picnic tables in the listing, were over there, not on the home property itself. These things are VERY MINOR, and the home was fabulous. Our family rented this VRBO for Christmas, it was the perfect size for our group of 15\. It was clean and beautiful and the pool and location were great. The only thing that was less than ideal was that there were not enough essentials to last our family for our stay. We had to make two seperate runs for toilet paper, dishwasher pods and soaps/ shampoos. ##### Megan D. This home allowed us the space we needed while being accommodating to both men and women sharing space. It had a great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of space in all bedrooms.
