Proximity to boat ramp was excellent! Home is nestled amongst beautiful mature live oaks, which always leave me in awe!! Wildlife meanders through yard often. Kids fed the small white tail deer and got to see foxes! Screened in porch spoiled us. Master bed was extremely comfortable. And kids slept well on the fold out couch bed. Have always loved the Fredericksburg, New Braunfels area and So in love with the Hill country!!! And here we got the lake and our beloved hill country:) win win!
