This is a cozy German-style fachwerk house that features a spacious living area and three bedrooms, providing enough room for up to 10 people to stay comfortably. The cheerful kitchen nook is equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining. Additionally, it's located just a short walk away from the Blastenhoff and Surfenburg sections of Schlitterbahn. It's worth noting that Oma Seidel's Haus is situated next door to Opa Seidel's Haus (which accommodates up to 6 people). We comfortably fit everyone within the house, plus plenty of parking for all the groups coming from multiple locations across the state. One of the best perks is how close it is to the Comal River. It was a short walk to put in on the Garten Street Bridge for a short early morning float, and couple blocks away from Prince Solms park to long float through the tube shoots. Best part... 2 streets up from the last public exit. When we wanted to go out at night, we were a short Uber ride from downtown New Braunfels, which made coming and going even more convenient for our group. The conversations with the owners beforehand made the check in process simple for those that were closer and the check out process was easy too. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the big birthday milestone. ##### Jennifer D. The current one does not clean the dishes well and we found a few dishes that had been put away that had dried/caked food on them 2) add a handheld shower head to one of the showers since neither bathroom has a tub to bathe young ones in.
