Whether you are here to fly fish, tube the famous Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River, boat or go to a concert at White Water Amphitheater, our newly renovated home is central to entertainment, restaurants and more! Yet it feels like you are away from it all in the quiet community. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it will sleep up to 8 guests - perfect for families, or couples! It's a charming place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything Canyon Lake & the Guadalupe River have to offer! Fully furnished with all the comforts of home and a huge fenced in back yard for your fur friends! Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The master boasts a king bed with an en suite private full bath. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. The guest bath is right across the hall from the guest bedroom and convenient to the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer just down the hall so you can pack light. Catch an amazing sunset from the back yard while relaxing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats or grill up some steaks on the charcoal grill while the kids play cornhole and watch the fireflies dance. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. We need a place to stay near by. The home was very clean and backyard was cute as could be minus the surprise cemetery across the fence that we were able to see after sunset. The neighborhood was not ideal for what we paid but it was a clean place to lay our head. We pretty much just slept there but kind of felt on the edge with all the notes and threats of fines. Kind of made us feel as if we needed to “walk on eggshells” while we were there. Of all the AB&B’s Ive stayed at, I have to say I felt the least relaxed here.
