Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in down town New Braunfels on the Comal River.
Condo is directly on the Comal river with a pool and hot tub on premise. Texas tubes is next door for easy tubing access. 5 min walk to all downtown has to offer.
The Space:
Excellent location and view from the condo. Fresh remodel in 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 8 if you have a mix of children in the group.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the second floor condo from two sets of stair or an elevator. Will have private code to access the unit from a smart lock.
Getting Around:
You will be a short 5min walk to get to everything downtown New Braunfels has to offer.
Interaction with Guests:
My wife and I are New Braunfels Locals and would be happy to help in any way possible! Let me know if you are looking for any suggestions on what to do or where to eat during your stay.

Always a great experience!
We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and have enjoyed it everytime. The property is always clean and well stocked. The property owner is always very responsive and kind. When we plan a trip to New Braunfels I always try to plan it around this property’s availability.

Our time was bittersweet as a family pet got sick. Matt the property manager came to our unit and helped me load the dog onto his truck and transport him to a local vet. Sadly the dog did not make it. But I can't thank Matt enough for all his help and kindness. The property was beautiful. The floor tile unique. I won't spoil the surprise but its worth looking closely at to discover all the surprising details. And from my entire family. Thank you Matt.

Great Location, clean and updated
We took this trip to float the river and the location of this property was perfect with a tube rental right next door. The condo was very clean and the inside had recently been updated giving it a more modern feel than some of the other properties listed. We were very happy with our stay - we had no issues and getting into the condo was very easy.

2nd time guests
This was our 4th time staying in this complex and our 2nd time staying in this particular condo with this host. Matt is always wonderful and the condo has be great both times we have stayed. Anytime we come to town I try to book this condo. The condo is clean and well put together. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. With we could have stayed longer. Walked down to the river and floated. Very quiet stay! Would love to stay again. Older place but this unit has been completely redone beautifully. Beds were extremely comfortable!!

Spotless and perfect location
We enjoyed our first stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the cleanest rental we have experienced. It's right next door to a tube rental and great for relaxing on the river. We were just a block from a great restaurant and it was nice and quiet. The owners were great communicators. We hope to come back again!

First time Vrbo user.....A+
We met our daughter and her family here (7 of us plus 1 dog). I have never stayed anywhere but a hotel so this was our first time at a Vrbo property. The grounds are nice, river is right there. Room was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Check in process was simple. The location is good and very close to restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.
