Felt very welcome the moment we checked in. Quinne checked us in to our room and was incredibly helpful, kinda and great sense of humor. We booked one night for an event at the New Amphitheatre there wasn't much for taxi or Uber so keep that in mind if your booking for a show. Lots of things to do for everyone at the resort unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the amenities offered. Overall rate this stay 10/10

Great property and excellent amenities! Our only con was there was a barking dog somewhere and we did not sleep well bc of it. Not sure if it was on the property or at a residence behind the property.

Room was nice but didnt have towels and the ceiling fan made a horrible noise, floor was very dirty and hadnt been mopped . Overall a nice stay and the pool, spa, and mini golf were fun.

This property has the worse customer service I have every experienced. 15 people in line waiting for 15 minutes or longer to check in. After check-in, you are directed to a different desk to hear about Time Share which took up even more valuable time. The property also needs better night lighting - a real safety problem. Plus, the garden tubs have no handrails and are slippery. So, another safety problem. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it will be the last. Just not worth it.
