As is the case with this property. The other hot tub for the main house is about 30-40 feet away, with the main house right behind that. Great setting where it is, even though we chose not to use it due to the location of the main house. Great little place to stay, just wish people would be more accurate with the listings. Also, probably not a good idea to have the sprinklers going at 9:30am when we are loading to leave by 10am check out. No way to the vehicle without getting wet. ##### Chad H. Good size, great location, and sitting in the hot tub at night was so relaxing. The only suggestion for improvement would be the 'dinette' (one can hardly even call it that). It's barely big enough to make that cup of coffee. I would consider offering a little bit more in that area for those that don't want to eat out every single meal during their stay. The sunsets are divine and the hot tub was so relaxing. The garage apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a two night get away. The house is convenient to the cute town of Gruene, and also to New Braunfels. If we ever make our way back I'd happily book here again. If I could change one thing it'd be the mattress. It wasn't compatable with my back and gave me some lower back pain even though it seemed fairly comfortable. But that could be a me thing. Overall it was a great place. ##### Julie R. We were very comfortable in this apartment! The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the hot tub and balcony were great. The bed was very comfortable! The description said it was a mile from Gruene Hall and a 4 minute drive- true! I wish there was a way to walk there the neighborhood is lovely!
