In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The property was walking distance to the center of Gruene and the perfect size to accommodate our group. The house is very well kept and stocked with anything you may need! There were a few minor issues. The big shower head in the downstairs bathroom leaked and sprayed water towards the ceiling when it was activated so I had to use the handheld shower head. It just needs to be reinstalled and it should be fine. There was not a large skillet in the kitchen. I like to cook a big breakfast in the mornings, bacon, eggs, etc. and was surprised there wasn't one, and there were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash either. We would stay there again in the future. So close to Gruene, we were able to walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing along the rivers edge. River frontage and an amazing park-like back yard with all the amenities. We didn't have time on this trip to use the outdoor amenities, but it's a wonderful property. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and looked like a model home. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Great layout and very relaxing stay. So close to Gruene and attractions that we walked there. If you drive it is less than a minute away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were simple and elegant. The couch was so comfortable. I really appreciated the extra blankets around, as it was nice to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was amazing.
