Experience Gruene in style - book your stay at Gruene Getaway! This 1,500 square foot condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter the condo and head through the entryway where you'll be greeted by a large, spacious living area complete with cozy couches, TV, and access to the lower patio. The quaint, cute kitchen features stainless steel appliances, all of the essential kitchenware, a coffee bar, and bar seating. Just off the kitchen area is the dining area complete with a table for 6\. On the main level you'll find a queen bedroom and a second bedroom that hosts two twin beds. The main level bathroom is simply stunning with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. Head upstairs where you'll find the private master bedroom complete with a king-size bed, private deck access, and an attached bath with plenty of vanity space and a walk-in shower. Located in the heart of Gruene, you not only have direct access to Guadalupe River but you also have access to dozens of unique shops, antique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. There was a lot of mildew and buildup. There were roach droppings on the countertop in the bathroom as well. We wanted to watch Fubo and login via our own account, but the owner has set it up to where no one can login. The dust on furniture was evident which also makes me think that their cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The couches are filthy. ##### Cherie S. Upon arrival we walked in and it was nicer than the pictures. Cute, cute, cute!! The decor and paint colors were so relaxing. Plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table for everyone. Obviously the master suite upstairs is the best room in the rental but the two bedrooms downstairs were really comfortable as well. They are ideal for children. Full size washer and dryer was very handy to have. Ample space on the outdoor balconies to enjoy some time. Our parking spot right outside our door sure made a difference on a hot summer day to unload and load. Shopping? It’s all in walking distance. Hungry? Lots of places to choose from without moving the car. Gruene River Inn turned out to be our favorite! The only downside to this place is river access. It’s definitely a challenge. Lots of poison ivy and a big drop off. It’s definitely doable but it would be great to have a couple extra steps into the river. If you’re wanting to just float right there or rent a tube and float…it’s a great location. Quiet time between 10pm and 8 is non-existent.
