Interested in tubing or just kicking back for a restful vacation as you listen to the sounds of the river below the beautiful deck? If so, this home is perfect for you. It is located at Cliff View Condos (#16) on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 300 feet of Guadalupe River frontage directly across from a beautiful cliff on the river between the 2nd and 3rd River crossings. You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS, so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. The pebble beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. Also, if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. This home does not have a river view. Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River at the 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Best fly fishing in the off season.

This newly constructed luxurious 4 bedroom /3 bath home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. Granite counter tops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen smart TV and an en suite bathroom. There is a private porch off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the cliffs. I great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the wildlife. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located by the guest’s bedroom. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom. It has 2 twins and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath in the downstairs room. There is a charcoal grill. and corn hole to use as well.

There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Cap's Crossing. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float house provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. You may even spot goats at breath taking heights in the mornings. A large car port is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV's, trailers, ATV's or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking.
This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins.
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Quiet family getaway

My kids had a blast playing in the river that was really close by (right next to the houses). This house was perfect for 7 of us. Lots of seating areas - in and out. The house had everything we needed…if you forget it they will probably have it! Checkout rules were pretty standard. That’s one thing I noticed in other listing nearby…some were wanting you to sweep, mop, etc. They supplied plenty of bath towels for everyone (we brought our beach towels). My kids were already planning out next trip to this house 😂

Don’t go in the summer

We have stayed in this little group of houses a few times and never had the trouble we had this time. I know it was hot outside but we couldn’t use the oven or even showers with the Temp inside hitting 80 degrees. And it didn’t come down until 4 am. The property manager said the AC was working as it should. I disagree as a contractor. This made our stay uncomfortable to say the least.

Great time with family!!

We had a wonderful time at the Silver Spur! It had a great layout and was perfect for our two families. Four adults, two teens, two young kids, and a toddler. Full house, but lots of room for everyone! Short walk to the river for relaxing and enjoying the view. Close to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and river access for tubing. The perfect spot! There was a problem with our AC when we arrived, but the property manager sent a tech and got us up and running. This Texas heat is no joke, so we were grateful for Mike coming to the rescue.

Great Place, Tough Fishing

We loved the accommodations and the river access for fishing but on two different days we were not able to fish because there was so many fishing at the CVC location. It was a bit confusing because the was only one other condo being used. I know there are Trout Unlimited users who pay for access, but the access may be being abused. The reason we stayed there was for the fishing access.

Awesome Stay, Beautiful Property

We stayed in this home/property in April 2021, and we had a great time! It was a total of 12 of us, there was plenty of room in the kitchen/living room and in each bedroom for all of us. The home was very clean! Check in and instructions were made very clear and very easy to follow. It is about an hour or so drive to San Antonio, but that was okay for our family. We loved the access to the river, beautiful views and we had lots of fun playing in the water. We’ll definitely keep this property in mind if we are in this area again!

We loved the access to the river. Neighbors got a little noisy with loud music past 10, but other than that, we loved it. Nice and Clean
