Schlitterbahn! Pool and direct river access! 2/2 condo. Sleeps 6\. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! It has hardwood floors, a new 43" flat screen, internet, and everything you need for that vacation get-a-way. The dining table seats six. Newly painted and new bedding in both rooms. There is one Queen bed, one brand new King bed, and a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time! Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. \*\*WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED\*\*\* These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! Reviewer Comments: it was pretty good. the condo itself was in great shape. this is our 3rd year to use condo 309\. overall it was clean and great for our needs. 3 other families were on the same property and i would say our condo was the cleanest and most updated. We were a bit disappointed with the Inverness grounds. the pool was very dirty. And all the grass is gone and just has a bunch of weeds. furthermore, there were holes all around the trees. I am not sure what the holes were but maybe the HOA is trying to build something around them because there was plenty of landscaping messes on the property. Lastly, the grills could use some love. We managed to find 1 good grate to use on the charcoal grill by the lounge chairs. but that grill is leaning severely. this was our 4th year staying here and we always enjoy the location and the easy access to the river. This location was perfect for our family. We bought tubes from H-E-B and used the river access point right there at the property. The condo was very clean and had great access to the Comal and great restaurants. The over flow parking was close by, but be super careful parking in the lot- spaces are small but manageable. We could put our tubes in right by the pool and then float for about an hour and 1/2 and then it would take us like 5 mins to walk back home after we got out at the last take our point. Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner.
