Super close to accessing the Comal River. This trip was a quick weekend for baseball camp so hoping to come back for some needed R&R and take in all the warm-weather attractions. The property owner was very friendly and informed us of the HOA performing maintenance on a water line before our arrival. Helped us navigate easily to the condo location. The only drawback was the water didn't stay warm long enough for 2 adults and kids to shower. This could be a reason for the water line maintenance being performed by the HOA. Also, the upstairs resident doesn’t allow much room for one to share the covered parking spot for a full size SUV. Very tricky to park especially at night. The condo is beautiful and has everything my family needed to have a relaxed vacation. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and ability to use a grill which was right out the door in the shared property space. The river is right onsite so it was easy to jump in and cool off in the August heat. The downtown location allowed us to walk to everything including the farmers market and shops. 10/10 stay with amazing hosts, will definitely return. ##### jessica g.
