 • Two Fully Stocked Kitchens: Prepare meals at your leisure in either the main house or the casita.  
 • Separate Living Areas: Enjoy two living rooms so the kids can watch movies in one space while adults unwind in the other.  
 • Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: With 3 queen beds in the main house, 2 king beds in the casita, plus sleeper sofas and a twin daybed, your group will have plenty of room to relax.  
 • Historic Charm with Modern Comforts: Built in 1929, the main house boasts original details and character. Embrace a few quirks—like creaky floorboards and a brief wait for hot water—while enjoying premium mattresses and linens throughout.  
  
A private, spacious courtyard joins the two houses, featuring an outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a dining area perfect for gatherings in the Texas sun.

#### Very Happy

We were impressed with the houses. Exactly as the pictures. The floors creeked and we didn’t mind it at all. AC works great on both houses. Patio is gorgeous. We parked both our trucks inside the gate where the patio is. There’s also parking in front of the house. Will definitely stay here again.
