This light-filled, recently updated 1,100 square foot cottage features a real wood-burning fireplace, two brand new bathrooms, and a professionally designed interior. Prepare a picnic in the charming full kitchen or step outside onto the 900 square feet of outdoor living space for an afternoon cookout and to watch the wildlife scampering about. Additionally, the state-of-the-art kitchen is complemented with the newest appliances and amenities to fulfill your every need, as is sure to delight even the most discerning hobby chefs and foodies alike! Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
