River Road Villas is a private, gated neighborhood located on the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels. Just off River Road between the second and third crossings. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy the scenic cliff-side views with a cup of coffee and make memories! Another bonus, just a couple of hundred feet away from the front door is direct river access! This is a luxurious 4br/3bath with a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances including washer/dryer available for your use. Wifi and cable are provided as well. \*\*\*This is a non smoking house\*\*\* During the peak season, tube rental/shuttle service is available right next door for your convenience to float the river at Cap’s Crossing! You can enter the river straight from their location or rent tubes and get in at the private access at River Villas. In addition, you will be close to many great “Texas Classic’s”! If you enjoy live music, the property is short drive the Iconic Gruene Hall! We went to the outfitter who gave us a ride a mile or two up river and floated back to the house. Brian was available and responsive when contacted.
