This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Camp Warnecke Estates, just steps from the Comal River and across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. With river access, resort-style amenities, and a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and live music, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway. The Space: Relax in comfort after a fun-filled day at the river or waterpark. This stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. While the condo does not have a river view, it’s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and within walking distance to most everything. Only two drawbacks - the unit looks out over the pool and it can get quite noisy at night with the quiet time not beginning until midnight. You can hear activity from the pool in both bedrooms and living room. And the picture of the Comal is not a view from the unit. It’s a close walk though.
