Professionally built Platinum Tiny Home, fully furnished Turnkey 1 Bedroom 1 bath with living & dining space and small kitchen. Loft can be used for additional sleeping or office/storage. Brand new Stearns and Foster mattresses throughout. Enjoy walking or jogging in a quiet neighborhood. Tiny Home is located on acreage with local wildlife. Close to: Canyon Lake, Guadalupe and Comal River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, Antique area of Gruene, Wimberly, Downtown New Braunfels, Creekside Shopping area. It’s in a pretty rural location away from everything which I loved. The house was clean. The beds were so comfortable. My boys slept better than they do at home. My 10 year old said it was his favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Both boys said they wanted to stay all summer, ha! There is no washer/dryer on the premises, which is clearly stated in the description. That’s the only thing that would make it better. I packed accordingly and it was not a problem!
