When we showed up the house had not been cleaned from the previous renters. While the owner showed up and tried to do a few things he did not wipe down any bathrooms and shoved about 3 loads of laundry in the washer/dryer combo at once. We had to make beds and basically clean the house ourselves. When I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee he blew me off. Also, the water filter was full of brown mud and no salt in the water softener so the water smelled awful. Those are a few things among many others. ##### Nichole ### 8/10 Good #### Brian B.
