Excellent fishing from dock as well as access to Second Crow Wing Lake and Fourth Crow Wing Lakes via boat. Beautiful scenery and new dock. Large smart tv in living room with internet. Queen beds in both bedrooms on main floor. Two full size beds in lower level bedroom. Large living room with two queen sized couches/fold out beds. House sleeps 1-7 people. There is one full bathroom upstairs and a bathroom with a shower downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom. (see photo) Newer stove/oven and refrigerator, microwave, weber charcoal grill, kitchen utensils, basic seasoning provided, coffee also provided etc. Attached carport with open view of lake, fire ring, outdoor furniture, large yard across from house offers plenty of space for outdoor games/activities. Plentiful nature and wildlife including deer, loons, birds and more. Property includes five acre lot bordering wild life management area. Located ten miles south of Nevis or fifteen miles SE of Park Rapids. Also close to Crow Wing River which offers tubing/canoeing opportunities in summer . Several excellent dining opportunities a short drive away in Nevis, Dorset, Hubbard or Park Rapids. Be careful of the drive to the garage if your vehicle has low clearance. It was nice to be able to park the truck and trailer across the street. The house was very clean. There were a few notes to help us out, including one identifying a bin of older sheets (to protect furniture from any pets) and towels (for cleanup). The layout was great with 2 beds downstairs for the parents and 2 little. Also laundry room and a toilet and shower. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms for the grandma and teen. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room and dining room spacious.Great patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, dock. Note in the description that the swimming is off the end of the dock. The kids had fun jumping in. We also had good fishing from the dock. We were able to pull our pontoon up to it easily. We put in at the resort just across from the house. Lots of games and puzzles and good Wi-Fi. If you choose to do the puzzle with 2 kittens, beware it is harder than it looks. Communication was very good. We would stay here again! ##### Linda B. We stay in VRBO homes often both domestically and internationally and have not encountered hosts as generous as Lisa and Don Newhouse! Every need or want was thought of in advance for us and our dogs. The home was fully stocked with all essential needs from paper products to kitchen items. The lake was gorgeous with sand bars, sandy points for swimming as well as underwater islands for good fishing. We also enjoyed the canals to get to the other lakes-they seemed great for paddling. Lisa’s dad even walked over to share his favorite fishing spot with us. Could not find nicer or more generous people anywhere. This was our third stay at the lakehome and we hope to be back. Home is exceptionally clean and kitchen is well stocked. Nice outdoor accomodations with fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Cabin was well stocked, very clean & had great outdoor spaces. Lisa & Don were great hosts & so helpful. Definitely recommend this rental! Close to Nevis, Park Rapids & numerous OHV trails too. Great parking area for numerous trailers across the road. Lots of fish caught off the dock too. ##### Jody S.
