### Spa Getaway Guesthouse, in the “Mystic Gardens”

A one of a kind Retreat & Spa Hideaway, the Guesthouse is a unique Sierra Foothill cabin with abundant natural light & private outdoor kitchen patio space looking out to the surrounding forest.  
  
Reserve our shared bathhouse with a 6-person wood-fired cedar sauna & large copper bath tub.  
  
Less than 10 mins to downtown Grass Valley. 15 mins to the Historic Nevada City. 19 mins to the South Yuba River Bridge.  
  
Private trails & river access. Local spring water from Bitney Springs just 3 mins away.  
The space  
Our Sierra Foothill cabins are nestled amongst serene forest and Zen gardens. A cozy sanctuary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation in nature.  
  
The Guesthouse has a uniquely beautiful indoor - outdoor kitchen overlooking a forest view with a large rustic dinning table, gas stove top, full size refrigerator - freezer, toaster oven, blender, cookware, french press, electric kettle, and more. The cabin and kitchen are attached to a large private outdoor patio with a gas fire-pit hangout area.  
  
Accommodates four adults comfortably. A queen size loft bed upstairs and a day bed with trundle on main floor (two separate twins can be combined to make a king).  
  
Just next door is our relaxing bathhouse with a 6-person cedar wood-fired wet sauna stocked year round with seasoned oak firewood. Take a cold plunge or hot mineral bath in our signature large copper bathtub which fits 2-3 people. The bathhouse is a shared space so all guests can enjoy. We use a reservation system with 2+ hour time slots. Shorter times are also available if needed. We allow for multiple bathhouse bookings during your stay contingent on availability.  
  
When you stay with us you will be a 10-12 minute drive away from Historic downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley with an array of local entertainment including farmers markets, music, arts & cultural events. Bars, restaurants, breweries, cafes, elixir kava bars, local Artisans, yoga studios, plus other musical & cultural festivities. Restaurant suggestions can be found in our welcome book.  
  
For those looking for outdoor adventures, the majestic Yuba River and multiple hiking and biking trails are all short drives away! Local trails and adventure suggestions can be found in our welcome book.  
  
All drinking water onsite is local spring water from nearby Bitney Springs.  
  
\* Property manager onsite for further assistance.  
  
\*\*Please let us know about your furry friends in advance so we can accommodate accordingly as we do require a small pet fee to cover cost of extra cleaning, in order to also make the space comfortable for those with pet allergies. Otherwise, any unannounced pets will be charged double the fee upon arrival.  
  
\*\*\*Disclaimer there may be DIY projects happening on the property during the day. Due to this, there may be a couple extra people on site working. We also keep the noise and construction to a minimum in the evenings and on weekends. The neighbors also highly value the peace and quiet in this area.  
  
The property is fenced with a locked gate at the entrance so we have full awareness of who is coming and going to ensure everyones safety and security.

Shared bathhouse including the sauna, copper bathtub and shower. The bathhouse is a shared space with 2 other rental homes and is used on a reservation basis for your private use. We allow for multiple bathhouse bookings during your stay contingent on availability. Most popular times are in the evenings 6 pm to midnight, so those time slots are limited to 2 to 3 hrs. There is much more availability during the day!
