It features an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. Both these bedrooms provide access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a room with a single bed and an en-suite shower and toilet, also leading to a balcony. Another double bedroom grants access to the balcony. The living area doubles as a sleeping quarter, furnished with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, with an exit to the balcony. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining nook.

The amenities encompass a dishwasher, satellite TV, heating facilities, a microwave, and a television set. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
