The well-maintained, three-story apartment complex Haus Wiesbaden-Baden-Baden is located in the beautiful seaside resort Pelzerhaken. Each apartment also has its own parking space. You can safely store your bike in the lockable bike cellar. The distance from the house to the beach is about 100 meters and the small supermarket, the bakery and the hairdresser are just around the corner.  
  
Mooring 57, 45m², 2 pers .:  
Ankerplatz 57 is a tastefully furnished 2-room apartment on the 3rd Floor. A staircase leads to the apartment from the parking lot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed with split mattresses and a shower / toilet (with hairdryer and cosmetic mirror). In the spacious living room there is a comfortable sofa area with flat screen TV and a nice dining area. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped: stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee filter and pad machine etc. Cleaning agents and kitchen towels are ready. From the living room you step onto the loggia with balcony furniture facing south. From here you can even see the Baltic Sea.  
  
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.

Es handelt sich um eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen liebevollen Details in ruhiger Lage. Man sieht das Meer vom Balkon aus und kann den ganzen Tag Vogelgezwitscher geniessen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einen Block mit Eigentumswohnungen und ruhigen Anwohnern.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gestaltete sich ungemein freundlich und jeder Wunsch wurde, soweit möglich, erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
