Comfortable single-family house "Wildkogel", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021\. In the district of Sulzau 3 km from the centre of Neukirchen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 300 m. Gondola lift 3 km, ski rental 3 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel Arena mit der längsten, beleucheten Rodelbahn Europas 3 km, Schigebiet Kitzbühel 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Neukirchen 4 km. New for your dog: approx. 25m² fenced area.  
7-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and cable TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch die Betten waren bequem. Also alles in allem es war sehr schön dort.

Hele familien havde en dejlig ferie i et skønt hus. For ar det skulle være helt perfekt, skulle huset ligge tættere på byen. Man var hele tiden afhængig af bil. Men vi havde en skøn ferie og anbefaler gerne stedet til familie og venner.

#### Perfektes Quartier für 9 Personen

So ein perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Genügend Platz am Tisch in der Küche, gutes Equipment zum Kochen, viel Stauraum, eine große gemütliche Couch, genügend Toiletten, tolle Bäder und auch die "kleinen" Aufmerksamkeiten wie 2 Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon für die vielen Skisachen passten. Ruhig und sonnig gelegen mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

#### Het ware vakantiegevoel

Een prachtig huis die onlangs is gerenoveerd. Alle apparatuur is nieuw en zeer modern. In de keuken zowel een Nespresso en een gewoon koffiezetapparaat. Koken is op inductie en is even wennen. In de huiskamer een fijne lounchebank en op de tv kan je zelfs inloggen op je eigen Netflix. Slaapkamers en badkamers allemaal even mooi en ruim. Om de wasmachine te gebruiken moet je extra betalen, dit staat niet bij de voorwaarden. Weinig plek om je was te drogen. Er ontbreekt verder niets.

#### Gemütliche Fereintage

Hallo, wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin begrüßt und ins Haus eingewiesen. Es blieben keine Fragen offen. Das Haus ist total sauber, sehr gepflegt, niedlich eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es war sehr warm geheizt. Also alles in allem 5 Sterne PLUS. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben die Zeit genossen. Vielen Dank

#### Brand new, very clean and functional villa

Clean, very well functioning place with 4 bedrooms, 3 showers and 4 toilets. Well equipped with everything you need for an active skiing holiday. Central location, 10-20 minutes drive to several great skiing centers, as Kitski, Zillertal Arena, wildkogel. Even Zell am See and Kaprun reachable in 45 minutes. Cross country next door (100 m). Friendly and helpful owners E. and H.

Super Ferienhaus im Ortsteil Sulzau: Neu renoviert (tolle Bäder!), völlige Ruhe, toller Ausblick und für den Hund eine große Spielwiese vor dem Haus :-) Auch mit den freundlichen Vermietern hat alles reinbunglos geklappt... Danke für eine schöne Urlaubswoche! Beste Grüße, J.S.

#### Haus mit viel Platz und Ausstattung

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Komfort und liegt ruhig direkt am Eingang zum Wandergebiet. Küche und Einrichtung sind auf sehr gutem Niveau, es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch der schöne, große Garten und der zum Haus gehörende Carport für zwei Fahrzeuge. Familie H. hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das sind hervorragende Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben.
