In the basement is the cozy kitchen--living room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and direct access to the south-facing terrace. In addition to the kitchen, the basement also houses the bathroom with bathtub, the technical room with washing machine and a bedroom with direct access to the garden. On the middle floor is the living room. Here, armchairs invite you to sit comfortably, play, read, etc. You can spend the night on a sofa bed. Three steps up is the second bedroom/sleeping gallery with a view of the garden and a large bed. In all rooms, you can sit comfortably, alone or together. Exclusively the fireplace and the sun, which works well even at low temperatures, heat the house. The sun heats the water, if that is not enough, it can be reheated electrically. In addition to the main house, there is also a sauna in a separate building. On approx. 18sqm, there is the spacious sauna room and a relaxation room. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in Ortsrandlage auf einem naturbelassenen Grundstück direkt am Peenekanal. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter via Mail okay. Konkrete Rückfragen im Vorfeld blieben leider unbeantwortet bzw. wurden mit eher allgemeiner Objektbeschreibung retourniert. Die Architektur des Hauses ist besonders: sehr offen nach innen ( Zimmer auf 3 offenen Ebenen ) und außen ( große Fensterfronten ohne Gardinen/ Rollos etc.) . Im Hinblick auf Ausstattung fehlt im Grunde nichts- dass Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und TV nicht vorhanden sind, hatten wir wohl in der Objektbesxhreibung überlesen. Geht aber eine Woche auch mal ohne… Toll ist der Steg direkt an der Peene und der Knaller ist das Saunahäus‘Chen im Garten ( eine Gartendusche zum Abkühlen wäre allerdings noch eine gute Idee ). Bei allen kleineren Einschränkungen ist das Objekt für uns ( 2 Erw. Und ein kleiner Hund) empfehlenswert. ##### Dirk S. Der eigene Steg ist perfekt für den Sprung ins Wasser nach der Sauna. Wir fanden das Haus wirklich großartig geschnitten, der 8jährige hatte seinen Rückzugsort und wir konnten uns nachdem die Kinder schliefen auch zurückziehen. Wir hätten uns jedoch Verdunklungsrollos gewünscht. In Herbst- oder Wintermonaten können wir uns vorstellen noch einmal zu kommen, da der Ofen auch sehr angenehm war. Bei 20 Grad jetzt im Frühling wurde es jedoch viel zu warm im Obergeschoss und leider morgens auch schnell zu hell - das war schade. Die Ruhe der Umgebung und die Naturnähe haben uns jedoch wirklich gut getan. ##### Tina D. Die sauna hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir kennen schon einige private Saunen in unseren urlauben und hier hat man viel platz für bestimmt sechs personen, kann richtige aufgüsse machen und im ruheraum oder draußen im Grünen entspannen. Die Sauna hat uns ordentlich eingeheizt und danach haben wir in der Küche am Kamin relaxt. Die Ruhe und die stilvolle Einrichtung haben wir sehr genossen. Der Check-In und Check-Out hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen! ##### Anja M. Wir waren für 3 Nächte spontan an der Peene, es war wunderbar! Unsere 4 Kinds (6-12) konnten sich im Garten austoben, wir waren zu unterschiedlichsten Tageszeiten glücklich auf dem hauseigenen Steg beim Angeln und haben uns am Kamin und in der Sauna erholt. Das Haus ist wunderschön einfach, natürlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Glasfront bietet einen unglaublich tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Wie bereits von anderen Urlaubern geschildert ist es drinnen sehr hellhörig, wobei das mit Kindern auch zu erwarten war.. 😂 Im nahegelegenen Örtchen bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Zeit als Familie. ##### Teresa S.
