Combine the advantages of staying in the healthy North Sea air with the easy accessibility of the coast. If you choose the Nordseeheilbad Neuharlingersiel as your holiday resort, you are at one of the most attractive places on the German North Sea coast. Neuharlingersiel with its idyllic harbor on the one hand still has something of the old fishing village, but on the other hand is also quite modern, u. a. with many facilities of the spa center. Our house is located on the Seglerweg 2 in Neuharlingersiel in a quiet, green location, about 300 - 400 m to the large sandy beach, the spa and the harbor. In the village there are numerous restaurants and convenient shopping. My offer is a semi-detached house, living space 80 sqm, a very bright, friendly apartment with a terrace facing south and a small garden. Behind the house is a large lawn, which you can share. Garden furniture, loungers, a barbecue and for the children a wagon and a sandpit are available. In the garage (which usually belongs to the other half of the house) is - in addition to the beach chairs - also a washing machine available. On the property there is a car parking space for you. In the second half of the house is a 60 square meter apartment similar distribution, which is intended for our private use. The apartment is cozy and practical, furnished with love and consideration, completely and attractively furnished and equipped. It has shutters, and in it is a phone that allows you to make free calls to the German landline. Wi-Fi can also be used for free. Only bed linen and towels you need to bring; However, you can also borrow them for a fee. The ground floor comprises the living area, the upper floor the sleeping area to which a comfortable staircase leads from the hallway. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, boiling water, Mixquirl, egg cooker, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, kitchen utensils, iron, vacuum cleaner). The living room with separate dining area (together 26 sqm) has partly wood-paneled walls, a cozy couch corner, light pine furniture, mini-stereo, modern TV (with satellite antenna). From the living room a door leads to the partially covered terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 beds (2 m x 1 m), in one of the rooms there is an extra bed (about 190 x 80). There is also a cot (120 x 60) and a children's highchair. From the small hall on the upper floor, you can access the bathroom with combined bath / shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and hallway are heated with an automatic Nachtstromspeicherheizung; in the bathroom and in the guest toilet there are electric direct radiators. In the living room for direct heating (eg on cool summer days) in addition an oil radiator available. The rental price is seasonal. In addition, the final cleaning with 50 € and the electricity costs will be charged according to consumption. Wenn auch das Wetter für den April eher winterlich war, haben wir es sehr genossen. Allerdings musste man bei der Kälte heizen, was mit Nachtspeicheröfen und anderen Heizungen, die auch alle nur mit Strom funktionieren, schon teuer wird. Wir hatten daher überwiegend nur das Wohnzimmer beheizt. Wünschenswert wäre es, den Preis pro KW auch in die Beschreibung dazuzunehmen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Terrasse ist bei warmem Wetter gut nutzbar. Wichtig war für uns aber vor allem die Lage, von der wir alles fußläufig erreichen konnten und es war auch erholsam ruhig. ##### Heidrun K. Es ist super geräumig und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Sandkasten hat den Jungs gut gefallen und auch Bücher, Rutschfahrzeuge und ein Bollerwagen sind vorhanden und machten somit den Aufenthalt für alle sehr entspannt. Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei tollem Wetter den kleinen Garten in der Mittagspause auf Liegen verbracht, oder auch bei schlechterem Wetter auf's gemütliche Sofa genossen. Es ist zwar ein älter eingerichtetes Haus aber sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren bequem alle haben gut geschlafen . Alle Zimmer hatten richtige Rolläden sodass man es gerade im Mittagsschlaf oder auch Abends bzw morgens genug abgedunkelt hat. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top.
