Il est situé sur la plage, entre palmiers, vue mer, vue piscine à 30 mètres de la mer des Caraïbes au Nettlé Bay Beach Club. Toute l'unité est équipée de la climatisation et de ventilateurs de plafond. Le condo est équipé d'un auvent électrique et de volets électriques. Près de l'unité, vous pouvez trouver quelques restaurants, une pizzeria, un traiteur français (où vous pouvez manger ou commander vos repas) salon de coiffure, épicerie fine, boulangerie, un autre supermarché est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de l'entrée. Un autre supermarché (plus grand) à 1,5 miles (mieux avec une voiture, pas de trottoir). Cabinet médical, loueur de voitures Vous pouvez garer votre voiture à l'intérieur de la résidence, gratuitement - important pour la location de voiture. La résidence est équipée de caméras et de gardiens qui patrouillent toute la nuit. Il y a 4 piscines dans la résidence et deux cours de tennis. A l'arrivée de nos hôtes, nous prenons plaisir à expliquer l'île, nos coutumes et aider nos hôtes pour les réservations. Je peux également m'occuper de la réservation des voitures. Vous disposez également du Moorea condo (2/3 pers) attenant avec les mêmes services. The property is beautiful, clean and had everything!!! The hosts were amazing and was available the moment we had, even the smallest inquiry. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it. The only thing that would make this place the best ever, would be better beach, but nothing they control. Expect to travel to go to a beach you will feel more comfortable swimming in. There are several beaches close by and many shops, should you need anything. It was an easy find from the airport and only a 20 min drive. The Condo's location is perfect, and there are restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, and even a gas station very close. This is a gated community with a lot of security, although not needed based on our wonderful experience. Pictures or videos don't do justice to such a beautiful and modern Condo with stunning views. It's newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable, great kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great pools and an outdoor deck area with an awning. The place is spotless and the internet connection is great. Rachel is the best host anyone could ask for, and we felt she treated us like family. We visited many places during our stay in the island, and will not consider staying anywhere else on our next trip. This place is amazing. The location is wonderful and the condo is beautiful. It is stocked with everything you need and things you didn't even know you needed, but did! The condo was just as pictured. All newly renovated. Amazing location and very quiet. We enjoyed the pools and beach access on the property. Rachel was very responsive. We stayed here for two months...remote working (and playing). Solid internet. Great location on the island...wonderful bakery and grocery store almost next door, several restaurants within a couple blocks. The place was perfectly set up for remote work. Actually, while there...I produced a series of short videos on remote work and put them on YouTube...search "remote work Caribbean-technical and cybersecurity Issues" You'll see them and see some more video on this property. Cannot recommend it enough. Every day sitting in my office on the deck under the retractable awning...working and enjoying the view and the clean Caribbean air in a beautifully redecorated unit.
