« Hôtel situé dans le quartier indien à 20 mn de marche de la « ville blanche » donc bien situé. Accueil remarquable tant au check in qu’au restaurant . Chambre tout confort où tout se pilote sur une tablette ( musique,télévision,climatisation,lumière fermeture des rideaux )très sympa. Breakfast et dîner avec des produits de qualité et à un prix très doux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine indoor. Au total un hôtel excellent. »

« Cet hôtel présente une atmosphère vieillissante et une décoration dépassée, ce qui donne une impression peu accueillante. La clientèle est majoritairement composée de familles et de personnes âgées, sans présence de jeunes. En revanche, l'emplacement est un point positif, car il est bien situé près du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner était froid et manquait de choix, avec des produits en rupture non remplacés. La piscine est agréable, mais l'absence de toit sur les transats est problématique en...

« Club très agréable, situé à l'écart de Pondichery (15minutes de voiture) derrière un petit village. Plage privée très agréable, piscine ouverte assez tard et nombreuses activités proposées. Accueil souriant et personnel disponible. Repas très bons , nous avions prit la formule buffet, le top, beaucoup de choix, très bonne cuisine et belle présentation, pas trop cher. Idem pour le petit déjeuner, offert. A refaire si nous repassons à Pondichery, nous retournerons avec plaisir dans l'une des...

« Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Le personnel est agréable et est soucieux de savoir si tout se déroule bien. Juste un petit point négatif : l'hôtel est assez "sonore" et dès qu'il y a du monde, nous participons à la "fête" malgré nous. »

"L'hôtel est juste beau à voir sur les photos car en réalité, il manque de propreté et surtout les photos sont très bien retouchées, attention. Le personnel n'est pas respectueux envers la clientèle, ils peuvent vous faire attendre 30min pour avoir une fourchette ou un verre de jus. Dans les chambres, la propreté est à désirer et le personnel est très lent lorsque vous les sollicitez. le comble : la piscine est dangereuse, surtout si vous avez des enfants. le carrelage de la piscine est cassé et peut blesser gravement vos enfants, ce qui a été le cas pour ma fille qui s'est ouvert le pied à en beaucoup saigner. Aucun dédommagement ni aucune action de la part du management resté béat face à cette situation, ils n'avaient même pas de trousse de secours et le comble, ils vous demandent si vous n'avez rien apporté avec vous pendant votre voyage ! Le tarif ne vaut pas le service rendu, si tant est qu'il vous soit rendu un quelconque service. La qualité n'y est pas. Très déçus de notre investissement. "

"Hôtel situé dans le quartier indien à 20 mn de marche de la « ville blanche » donc bien situé. Accueil remarquable tant au check in qu’au restaurant . Chambre tout confort où tout se pilote sur une tablette ( musique,télévision,climatisation,lumière fermeture des rideaux )très sympa. Breakfast et dîner avec des produits de qualité et à un prix très doux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine indoor. Au total un hôtel excellent."
