It's like being at home but having the beach within walking distance. The upper level has an open floor plan for family and friends to gather and share old and new memories, play games or enjoy a meal prepared in the fully stocked high end kitchen. There is WiFi, 2 TVs and 1 DVD player available for use. Your pet companion is also welcome with a per pet fee. There is a large wrap around deck with a propane BBQ and a sizable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. You will find bicycles and helmets located in the garage for exploring the village or stroll 2 blocks to beach access. The backyard has a large picnic table long with a fire pit so bring your wood and ingredients to make smores. The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic. Pull your clubs down the road to the Neskowin Golf Course. Centrally located on the Scenic Oregon Coast, you can take day trips and explore north or south or head inland to wine country. The Neskowin Villa is a comfortable home with all the amenities for a superb vacation. The same families return year after year. This beautiful home is a sweet coastal escape and will easily become a favorite destination for your getaway. What are you waiting for? Neskowin is a pristine beach located just on the north side of the dramatic Cascade Headland along with Proposal Rock and miles of beachcombing. Look for the ghost forest during low tide. The village has 2 restaurants, an ice ice cream shoppe and the trading company for supplies and take out pizza. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2. Daily visitors are not allowed without management's approval. This home provided us with comfortable beds, plenty of seating space and a kitchen to enable us to prepare breakfast and lunch/snacks. The yard was partially fenced, which was fine for us but others with their pup may need that. Also the firepit was well laid out in the back yard and we only wished we could have found some marshmallow roasting sticks. They may have been there we didn’t see them. On that note it would have been helpful and appreciated if there was a starter pack of coffee for the first morning of arrival, since we arrived late at night and only discovered there wasn’t any. We always had something in our other stays so we were a little bummed there wasn’t any here. The deck was also a great place to get some fresh air and dine outside. We hope to be able to come back again with more time on our hands. Lots of games available and books as well. Comfortable furniture throughout the house. And it was very clean. You could hear the ocean from the giant decks. And the view from the main rooms was so gorgeous and relaxing. We took a few pictures, but I think the grossest thing was the dried up wad of gum that was stuck to the back of one of the drawers that we needed to move our of the way. We also found a few bugs/spiders in the house. The one thing I would really suggest is a bigger water heater. If you are going to supply such a huge, amazing jacuzzi tub, they you should have a bigger water heater to accommodate that much hot water. The house was beautiful, quiet and cozy! My family of 5 adults had a wonderful 3 night vacation. It was exactly what we wanted. The house was great and pretty much just as described. Kitchen is large and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. The back yard is large and and the fire pit was perfect for the cool night in April. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Justin H. A well-equipped kitchen, big dining table (indoors and out) comfortable beds, fireplace and living areas suited for good conversations made our friends-weekend really special. The covered deck and table was a plus for a little artwork, and lots of games were available to choose from. We especially appreciated being able to bring our sweet dog, who loves all that the beach offers. Who cares about the rain when you can watch a dramatic ocean, observe a juvenile elephant seal in the creek, or see a pair of eagles soaring through the trees? ##### Nancy P. With two bedrooms and bath upstairs off living area and a bedroom, bath, and separate sitting room downstairs, everyone had their our own space. Beautiful "Shaker-like" wood furniture throughout and open concept kitchen made the stay for Thanksgiving weekend a lovely experience.
