The first terrace is an extension of the living room offering a tranquil outdoor space. The second terrace, located on the upper floor, is reached via a spiral staircase. This upper terrace is a private oasis, ideal for enjoying evenings under the stars or sunbathing during the day with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Not only does the flat have an excellent location, with Nerja town centre and a selection of beautiful beaches no more than a 10 minute walk away, but it also offers access to two fantastic communal swimming pools and beautiful green gardens. It is no more than a ten minute walk to Burriana beach, Nerja's largest and most popular beach, where you can enjoy a variety of water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. It is also in an excellent location within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
