Urban Comfort by Casasol is a charming holiday flat located in the heart of the popular Parador area of Nerja, in a typical Spanish neighbourhood. This cosy 2-bedroom flat offers all the necessary comforts for a wonderful stay in Nerja.   
  
The flat is located on the first floor of a building with only ground and first floor. It has a small balcony ideal for enjoying a morning coffee.   
  
As you enter Urban Comfort by Casasol, you will be greeted by a cosy lounge with TV and high speed internet, perfect for relaxing with your favourite programmes or staying connected with your loved ones. In addition, you will find a cosy dining room. The brand new kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has been newly renovated and features a modern shower.   
  
To ensure your comfort, Urban Comfort by Casasol is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, which guarantees a pleasant indoor temperature all year round.

About the area:   
  
Located in the authentic and humble neighbourhood of Las Flores, with little influx of tourists and surrounded by Spanish families. In addition, the Parador area offers easy access to a variety of popular restaurants, such as the legendary Bar/Restaurant La Puntilla or El Velero, known for their delicious tapas. The Rincón de Encarni café, a meeting point for tourists and locals alike is only a 4-minute walk away.

You can easily walk to the Coviran supermarket, which is only 400 metres away. In addition, Mercadona, a large and well-stocked grocery shop, is 600 metres away. Just 50 metres away there is a typical neighbourhood greengrocer and supermarket.

Just 600 metres away you find the well-known Playa del Carabeillo beach and Burriana beach is 700 metres away, a paradise that boasts multiple Blue Flags, a recognition of its high standards of cleanliness and safety. On the beach you'll find water activities, sun loungers, volleyball courts, toilets, as well as options for paddle surfing, kayaking and pedal boats.   
  
The local restaurants on the beach, such as the well-known AYO, are famous for their paellas, fresh seafood and delicious Mediterranean dishes. There are also shops where you can find souvenirs and beachwear. Don't forget to explore the picturesque footpaths for spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. At certain times of the year, the beach also offers live music and exciting events to make the most of your day by the sea - come and make the most of your visit!
