Burriana is the most popular beach of Nerja famed for its many bars, shops, restaurants and beach side chiringuitos as well a wide selection of water sport activities The apartment has a large living/dining room with a comfortable seating area & an extending dining table.There is a large flat screen tv showing BBC1,2,3,4 ITV 1,2,3,4 Channels 4 & 5 & also Spanish channels. This leads via patio doors on to a south facing sun filled terrace with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast or a well deserved glass of wine. The apartment has the benefit of Wi-Fi & air conditioning throughout. The well equipped kitchen has marble surfaces, a built in cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine & microwave. On this floor there is a new second bathroom, which features a walk in rain shower and sink with vanity unit. Upstairs, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, plenty of storage and doors out to a lovely Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has full size twin beds & fitted wardrobes. The recently re-fitted first floor bathroom also has a walk in rain shower, sink with vanity unit and heated towel rail. The apartment has an allocated private underground parking space, a large beautifully maintained garden area and most importantly, use of the shared swimming pool. Both the hosts and their property manager were very responsive to our inquiries before and after we arrived. The guest binder included some very helpful maps, instructions, and other tips. We didn’t use the on-site parking ourselves, but it would be very handy if you have a car. The walk into the centre of Nerja was great (although for the less able it’s quite steep) and well worth it for the abundance of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as being a very pretty town. Location cannot be better, close to Burriana Beach, Balcony de Europe, supermarkets and buses. The unit is spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped especially for longer stays as we stayed for six weeks. The small balcony is a real sun trap and we enjoyed many meals outside.
