Charming and functional two-bedroom flat in the well-known San Juan de Capistrano residential complex, ideal for families looking for tranquillity, good views and amenities within walking distance. Its main attraction is its private terrace and sea views, perfect for enjoying Nerja's climate. The complex has a communal swimming pool with a bar and a nearby supermarket, making your stay particularly comfortable.   
  
**The Property:**   
  
Modern and carefully furnished flat, distributed over two bedrooms and **two bathrooms**. The property has a living-dining room, **fully equipped** open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace.   
  
**Indoor and outdoor living:**   
  
The living-dining room connects directly to a private terrace equipped for outdoor dining, from where you can enjoy pleasant open views of the sea and the surrounding area. From the living room, a few steps lead to the bedroom area, located on a lower level.

The apartment has high-speed WiFi, air conditioning and a **well-equipped** kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and complete kitchenware, designed for short and medium-term stays.
