Private: terrace (20 m2), barbecue, roofed, parking. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 22 km, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 10 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Capistrano" 50 m, sandy beach "la torrecilla" 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, children's playground 100 m, fishing possibilities 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada 95 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Burriana 1.8 km, Balcon de Europa 2.5 km, Laa Cuevas de Nerja 3 km. Hiking paths: Acebuchal 5 km, Rio Seco 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
