It’s located in a select Urbanization with only 10 villas sharing a communal pool with loads of sun. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 people. The property is distributed over 2 floors and the plot is fully fenced. The 3 bedrooms are on the entrance floor, all well equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has access to one of the 3 terraces offered in the villa, and the other two bedrooms have access to the garden area. There’s a private roof terrace with barbecue and space to have a good time with family. The airy living room has access to the third terrace where there’s a dining area and the private access to the community pool.
