Welcome to Casa Rosa Splash Pool, a two-storey house with a small private pool and terrace with sea views, meticulously maintained. Located in a quiet and well-kept residential area just 1 km from the famous Burriana beach, this house is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 4 people looking for comfort, modern design and an excellent location in Nerja.  
  
COMFORT AND RELAXATION FOR EVERYONE  
Spread over two floors, the house offers 2 spacious bedrooms, carefully equipped to ensure maximum comfort.  
  
On the upper floor is the living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and direct access to the 25 m² private terrace with sea views, barbecue and lounge area.  
  
The ground floor has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and another with two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed. It includes an en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom. This floor also leads to a small private pool, ideal for a refreshing morning dip or an afternoon splash.  
  
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day at the beach or exploring.  
  
MODERN DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT  
The spacious living room offers a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, with a television and high-speed internet connection.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can cook just like at home.

The living room opens onto a 25 m² private terrace with a lounge sofa, perfect for relaxing, reading or dining al fresco.

Even in high season, it is easy to find parking in the area, although the house does not have private parking.
