Carabeo 45 is the perfect balance between the practicality of a city apartment and the calm of a beach retreat. **The Property:** 45 m² apartment optimised for comfort. It has a separate master bedroom, ensuring privacy from the living room. The layout can accommodate up to 3 people, with an additional bed available. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with shower. Indoor and outdoor living: The large windows in the living room act as a private viewpoint, offering frontal views of the sea and the pool.
