The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views and swing chairs! Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inch Smart TV along with APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and Apple music subscriptions plus 150 international TV channels inc BBC all connected to Fibre broadband with speeds up to 300mbs!. Smart speaker also available. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for sun bathing (until around lunch time - shade in afternoon) and for dinners al fresco. There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between the small community. The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes flat walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The house was fully renovated few years ago; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances (NESPRESSO), including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us. The house has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area. The communal swimming pool is open 1st April to 30 October with the terraces and garden open all year around. The apartment has what we came to believe is the best view in the entire town. And, it is in the best location, being right above Burriana Beach. It is removed from the Town Center, but that is a huge plus, as the more we saw of the Town, the less we felt we needed to be there- it is very touristy and busy. The apartment is between the touristy "chiringuitos" and other restaurants at the beach, but then also the other way are the more local establishments on Avenida de la Pescia. We easily walked to local run cafeterías and fruterías, which is where you really get a Spanish experience. Parking was not an issue, and we always found a spot easily. You will get good exercise with the hill work, too. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this beautiful apartment and wonderful location. Eva is very responsive, and any question I had she responded to immediately. ##### Heather R. The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter. There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy. There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it. Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year. We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten. Jude Mason ##### Juditb M. Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services.
