Tucked away in a peaceful and private location, Villa Stavriella offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, just a short walk from the vibrant, cosmopolitan resort of Latchi. This spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, complete with a private pool and breathtaking views of the countryside and sea.
A sweeping driveway welcomes you to the property, upon entry, five steps lead down to the open-plan living area, where windows flood the space with natural light and frame picturesque views of the pool and surrounding landscape.
The ground floor boasts two lounge areas, a generous dining space, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this level.
A marble staircase ascends to the first floor, where you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a double bedroom with en suite, and two twin bedrooms that share a balcony and a family bathroom. On the top floor, the principal bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a double bed, en suite bathroom, patio doors, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. This floor also grants access to a vast balocny, where you can unwind on sun loungers or enjoy evening drinks while soaking in the panoramic sunset views.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning, included in your stay for maximum comfort. (Please note: air conditioning in the lounge is available at a local charge of €10 per day.)
Outdoors, the villa truly comes into its own. The inviting private pool—with both shallow and deep ends accessed by ladder—is perfect for cooling off under the Cypriot sun. The surrounding terrace features sunbeds, parasols, a built-in BBQ, and a charming al fresco dining area, ideal for leisurely meals and laid-back evenings under the stars.
Located within walking distance of Latchi, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, water sports, boat trips, and a picturesque marina. The nearby town of Polis offers larger supermarkets, essential amenities, and a lively town square brimming with quirky bars and charming tavernas that come to life after dark.

Excellent location

Wonderful villa for the whole family, good access to the port of Latchi. If you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this villa is perfect for you. You can grill all day long, in the meantime you take a dip in the pool or lie on a sun lounger. Paradise on Earth

Amazing stay, definitely recommend!

Really excellent villa. It was super clean and spacious. The instructions for check-in were very clear. There was space for 2 cars to park. The location was convenient, the pool was very nice. Cleaning of the pool and the house was done multiple times a week and also the beds were really fine.

Great location. Spacious Villa but with a few drawbacks..

The property is a in great spot with no immediate neighbours and great views of the sea and the mountains. You will need a car here as it’s not practical to walk in to Latchi (at least 25 mins walk on unlit roads). There were multiple maintenance issues not flagged by previous guests. The host was very responsive to sorting them out. The biggest drawback is that the two en-suite showers are impossibly tiny.

Beautiful villa in a quiet, picturesque location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Villa Stavriella is a beautiful property located in a nice quiet and secluded area with very few immediate neighbours or noise from other properties in the area. The small town of Lachi is a 10-15 minute walk away where there are several shops, restaurants and the beach. The bedrooms are well appointed and some of them very spacious with two doubles with en-suites and a shared bathroom for the third and fourth twin rooms. The master bedroom has a large balcony and the two smaller rooms share a small balcony area in between. The lounge areas are very spacious with a large dining area both inside and out and a well appointed kitchen. The BBQ was very handy and plenty of decent quality sunloungers and other outdoor seating is provided. We visited in April, so the swimming pool was unusably cold, but very clean and a decent size. Overall, we had a fabulous week's stay here and would happily return one day.

Amazing experience!

Everything was amazing! Very easy check-in. The villa is very nice and spacious. The pool is beautiful - perfect size, and very clean! Location is perfect, very near to Latchi harbor And shops. Highly recommended! The interior is not as nice as the exterior, but still very satisfying.

Everything was great. Villa is situated in quite location. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a main bathroom, which is great, when you stay with a group of friends. Swimming pool and BBQ area were also great. Nearest supermarket and beach are in 2 minutes drive. Host was very helpful. We forgot some things at the check out, which were sent back to us the next day. We had a lovely stay
