The famous Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées ski region is just 400 meters away, and the Bisse du Milieu hiking path is 1.6 kilometers from the property. A free ski bus service is also available.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in the "Chalet Derborence", a 5-room chalet with 61 square meters of living space spread across two levels. This chalet has been partially renovated in 2024 and features beautiful wooden furniture throughout. The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. One small room has a French bed, while the kitchen is fitted with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set for your enjoyment. The kitchen also provides Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra charge applies). From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, which offers a west and south-facing position.  
  
The ground floor also includes a shower and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find another small room with two beds and access to the balcony. There are two more large rooms on this level, one with two beds and the other with a French bed, both offering access to the balcony. Another shower and toilet are located on the upper floor for your convenience. The chalet boasts a balcony with a north-facing position, a terrace with a west-facing position, and a large garden, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation.

During your stay at the "Chalet Derborence", you will have access to a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. These include a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi internet access, and reserved parking for one car (in winter, the parking spot is located 20 meters away). Additionally, an e-charging station is available for electric vehicles. The chalet is designed for non-smokers only, ensuring a fresh and clean environment throughout your stay.
