Es ist geräumig, hat eine neuwertige und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Zustand der Einrichtung und der Einrichtungsgegenstände ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon als auch aus dem Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft schön. Die Erreichbarkeit des Hauses ist Menschen mit Geheinschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen da man es nur über Treppen erreichen kann. Mit Kindern fand ich es ideal, die Wonhnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, aber nicht so, dass man übertrieben Sorge tragen müsste.
