most wonderful holiday
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful chalet...we absolutely loved it! The views were stunning, the air so clear, the peace so good for us. Deer walked by a number of times, the meadow flowers were in full bloom, and birds sang loud and clear. The walk up the hill was really difficult at first, I think no explanation on the website information, can really prepare you for what awaits you, especially if you arrive late, Like we did; and as we came with a baby, a toddler and six adults from the UK, we had a lot of luggage!! We had arrived at the house after four hours of seeking it...the main road to the chalet had been closed due to road works, and finding the place became a challenge. Even when locals tried to help they sent us in the wrong direction. We hadn't been informed of the roadworks, so we lost a lot of time, and the bottle of wine waiting for us on the table, didn't really lift our mood, and sense of missing out of a lovely arrival and relaxing first night. It was disappointing! For future visitors...the road is now open. Despite some negative things, the positive totally outweighed them, and we would definitely come back. The house has an emotional connection to us now, as we were in Switzerland to have a memorial service for my darling husband who died just three months ago; and my son and partner became engaged ( he popped the question on the mountain above us!! Thank you so much. We really do hope to be Back!!! By the time we left after our two week stay, we were a lot fitter!! :) However its not a climb for someone who is unwell, or problems with mobility. Like a previous guest, I too think the "extras" were misleading. It would be so much better to add on the extras to the price, so we see from the beginning what the true price is.

Beautiful views and private location.
we went as a family to this property and the stay was very enjoyable. However, be aware of the steep way towards the chalet from the parking. other than that the check-in process was great and the host had great communication.

Lovely property with the best views in Nendaz
I took my family to this property and we really enjoyed staying here. We are fairly certain you won't get a better view anywhere in this valley. The sun also tracked the chalet from east to west so it was lovely to be able to enjoy the Balcony area too. The rooms are very clean and the chalet is well equipped. Access is hard for anybody who has walking difficulties or medical conditions because you do need to hike up a very steep path to get to the door. The only really negative comment is not to do with the property but more the description. This needs to clearly itemise all of the extras (electricity, bedding, towels, tax, extra credit card fees, logs). The lead in price is competitive but all the extras add up to a considerable amount so whilst we would return to this property we would not use the same booking platform. This is why we gave 4 and not 5 stars. Overall, a very enjoyable trip and we found the owner Wouter to be very responsive. Highly recommended,

Matig enthousiast
Huisje was niet schoon bij aankomst. Antwoord eigenaar "sorry, is bijna nooit zo".
