Le Muveran is a beautiful and very comfortable chalet built in 2011, spanning three stories. It offers a well-kept garden with a lawn, a table tennis area, a terrace (27 m2), and a barbecue. The property provides ample parking space for up to three cars. Enjoy the convenience of having a table tennis table, a sun terrace, a storage room for skis, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a ski boot dryer within the house. It's an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing stay amidst Basse-nendaz, Switzerland.

The chalet boasts a beautiful, well-kept garden with a lush lawn, perfect for outdoor activities. Embrace the alfresco lifestyle with a delightful terrace spanning 27 square meters, where you can bask in the sun or host a barbecue gathering. Additionally, the property features a table tennis area, allowing you to engage in friendly competitions and create cherished memories.

Please note that steep motor access is available, and during the winter season, snow chains are recommended, or a 4x4 car is advised for optimal safety and accessibility. The chalet welcomes groups of teenagers upon request, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Conveniently, a free ski bus service is available, making it easy to explore the surrounding ski areas.

The chalet is conveniently located just 550 meters from the center of the district, ensuring easy access to various amenities. A shop is within a 700-meter radius, while a supermarket and a restaurant are situated 800 meters and 200 meters away, respectively. The center of the town is just a 10-minute walk away, and an outdoor swimming pool is a mere 250 meters from the property. For golfers, a golf course is located 15 kilometers away, while tennis enthusiasts can find courts just 250 meters from the chalet. The nearest gondola lift is 800 meters away, providing easy access to the ski slopes. Additionally, a ski bus stop, a ski-kindergarten, and a children's playground are all within 300 meters of the property. Nearby attractions include the SPA des Bisses, located 700 meters away, and the Les Bisses hiking paths, just 1 kilometer from the chalet.

The chalet "Le Muveran V8" is a spacious 5-room property spanning three levels, with a total area of 184 square meters. It features an entrance hall, a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and radio, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules, raclette grill, and a fondue set. There is a separate WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another entrance hall, a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), along with a shower and WC. The upper floor has a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony with a north-facing position, as well as another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony with a north-facing position. Additionally, there is a bath, shower, and WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You'll have access to a balcony with a north-facing position and a terrace of 27 square meters with a west-facing position, as well as a garden with a south-facing position. Outdoor furniture, including a barbecue and two deck chairs, is provided, allowing you to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Additionally, the chalet is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Three reserved parking spaces are provided for your vehicles.
