Very attractive 3-room flat, approx. 75 m2, located on the 4th floor of the Les Platanes residence in the centre of the Haute-Nendaz resort, renovated with lots of character and comprising : entrance - 1 bathroom with bath/shower and washbasin - 1 separate toilet with washbasin - 1 double bedroom for 2 people with north-facing balcony - 1 bedroom with 1 combined pull-out bunk bed (1 upper 90 cm mattress and 2 lower 90 cm mattresses) - living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge), dining area, lounge with fireplace, subscription-free smart TV, free WIFI. South-facing balcony. 1 private parking space in garage included in the price (max. height 180 cm).
Les Platanes residence is located in the centre of Haute-Nendaz resort, 50 m from shops, boutiques, restaurants, post office, banks and bus stop. In the building: ski room. In winter: ice rink 200m away. In summer: tennis 150m away, swimming pool 500m away. Easy access all year round
