Property Summary  
The chalet "Mirabeau" is a beautifully renovated, two-story vacation rental built in 1990 and updated in 2024. It offers a well-kept, fenced garden of 400 square meters, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The property includes amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby.  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet boasts a private, well-maintained garden spanning 400 square meters, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation. During the winter months, snow chains and a 4x4 car are recommended for easier access. A stepped path with 15 steps leads to the property.  
  
Other Information  
Conveniently located, the chalet is within walking distance of several amenities. A supermarket is just 700 meters away, a restaurant is 1 kilometer away, and a bakery is 650 meters away. The center of town is only a 10-minute walk from the property, and the "postal, La Crettaz" bus stop is 230 meters away. Additionally, an outdoor swimming pool is 1.7 kilometers away.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
For golfing enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is located 20 kilometers from the chalet. Tennis courts are just 1.7 kilometers away, and a gondola lift is also within the same distance. The ski bus stop is 240 meters away, providing easy access to the nearby ski regions, including the renowned Tracouet 4 Vallées ski area, situated 1.7 kilometers from the property. Other nearby attractions include an ice rink (1.3 kilometers), a children's playground (1.5 kilometers), and hiking trails like the Bisse du Milieu, which is 800 meters away. Guests can also take advantage of the free ski bus service.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC.
