Very beautiful residence "Bike & Ski 301", 3 storeys, built in 2024\. In the centre, 400 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Roofed, parking. Grocery 150 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 80 m, bakery 140 m, bus stop "Haute Nendaz, Station Poste" 50 m, railway station "Sion" 16 km. Tennis 950 m, children's playground 650 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 450 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).  
"Bike & Ski 301", 4-room penthouse 128 m2 on 3rd floor, north-east facing position. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), shower/WC.
