#### Improvement

The stay was average with a few problems when we arrived at the hotel, 1\. Our rooms where not ready 2\. The night shift person could not allocate my room 3\. We have a discrepancy with the room rate as we booked online and the lady at reception said other wise 4\. Besides the load shedding on Sunday morning, the stay was ok

#### Coyotes ugly

Noisiest hotel ive ever stayed at. Got no sleep because theres vlubs and prostitudes outside the hotel all night making noise from 12-6am. Dont stay here if you wanna sleep
