### Walking distance to central Nelson, a sun-drenched cottage with views to the sea

Set back from the road, this cosy, quiet, self contained cottage has views from its spacious deck all the way out to the sea. Make your morning coffee in the fully equipped kitchen with the sun coming through the window, then sip your wine as you catch the last of the day’s rays in the evening from the living area that flows out through the ranch slider onto the deck. Only 15-20 minutes walk through the camellia gardens past the calm of the Cathedral setting, makes getting to some of Nelson’s best restaurants and bars at the top of Trafalgar Street all part of an unforgettable Nelson getaway.  
For walks with stunning views of Nelson out to the mountains, up to Farewell Spit and across to nearby Able Tasman National Park, Camellia cottage is nestled at the bottom of the Grampians which is covered in well marked walking tracks.  
It is also conveniently positioned for an easy walk to the hospital, both colleges and through town to the courts for any working guests.

Lovely cottage setup in a beautiful area. Perfect for a base to visit Nelson for a couple of days. Belinda was an awesome host :)

Super clean and super quiet. Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed, and more. Size is good for 2 people; roomy for 1. Would be suitable for a longer stay (I stayed 2 nights). Very comfortable bed. Nice linens. Good neighborhood ... and a 12 or 15 minute walk downhill to great restaurants and shops (pizza closer than that). Sunny. Nice view. Will stay again.

#### Nelson getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. Stunning sunny spot, close to town and hill walks. We loved exploring the area on foot. The cottage has absolutely everything you need and is beautifully presented. Thank you Belinda and Mark, we’ll be back!
