The picturesque coastline of Port Stephens is one of the prettiest in Australia, and in this 2nd floor unit, the spectacular views over the water and out to the headlands carry from the balcony and all the way into the open plan living space, so you'll have that refreshing holiday feeling every moment of your stay. Your apartment has direct beach access on a walking track through the leafy reserve right onto the sand. Along the 2.5km stretch of stunning coastline, you'll find opportunities to hire kayaks or stand up paddleboards, calm bay waters for swimming, BBQ facilities and picnic tables, along with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Little Beach is just a 550m stroll, and you will quickly see why it is so popular. Take the kids to play at the playground and run around on the sand or reserve, then enjoy seafood over the water at Little Beach Boathouse, or head further along the coast (1.4km from your apartment) to snorkel and feed the fish at Fly Point. Location really does not get any better than this. In your cosy apartment, the open plan lounge and dining leads directly out to the balcony, where you can dine alfresco in that fresh sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower and vanity, with handy separate powder room. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer. A lockup garage on the waterfront side of the building offers parking for one car – please note this garage is shared with another unit. Important Notes: \- Linen and bath towels will be supplied.
