The perfect couples retreat, offering one bedroom, one bathroom ( laundry included) and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with pet bed for your dog to be included. With a fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy creating a meal at home with fresh seafood on offer from the local fish co op or wander to the nearby Little Beach Boathouse and bar to enjoy the views on the water. Sunday markets are within walking distance in Neil Carroll Park if you stroll towards the Nelson Bay Marina or other venues close by include the West Diggers Club, Historic inner lighthouse with stunning views of Shoal Bay or take advantage of the courtesy bus from Shoal Bay Country Club to enjoy a night out. Despite its growing popularity, the town maintains its small coastal village charm, perfecting the balance of catering to thriving tourism needs while protecting its beautiful national parks and marine sanctuary. An ideal holiday destination for families, Nelson Bay offers pristine beaches with lovely calm water swimming, waterfront parklands with BBQ facilities, a playground for children, weekend markets, a variety of shops and boutiques, and the Marina, which offers a range of aquatic activities daily. The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
